An Italian's new favorite Italian restaurant
For me, Italian food is simple yet elegant. It should be about the flavors and the experience eating them, not about massive quantities of food (hello, Buca?!). I found this little Italian cafe on Lake St. in Oak Park and loved it. Generous portions for an excellent price!

Great food and atmosphere
A definite step above the typical diner food! A friendly and low-key staff who lt the food speak for them. Reasonable prices.

Nice buffet brunch
This is a new restaurant, and the buzz of probably too many employees showed, but it didn’t distract from the food or dining experience. Nice piano played in the background during Memorial Day brunch.

The food was very good, but the space was laid out poorly – it was by accident that I found the cheese and fruit! The pumpkin pancakes were delicious and the homemade desserts were hard to eat just one.

A great anniversary date!
We were suggested B&T and went not knowing much about it. It is at the CopperLeaf boutique hotel, but is independently owned. Our waiter was excellent, and even picked up our special-request beverage which they did not have in stock. The dining area was cut-up nicely to give privacy and is perfect for a business dinner and an anniversary dinner. A gem in Northeast Wisconsin – College Ave is a great place for a date!

My favorite here so far
Oysy has been my favorite sushi restaurant since arriving upon the shores of Lake Michigan. The environment is nice, and the fish has been consistently fresh. For the downtown area with limited restaurants, it is a select place to go.
