Born and raised in Hawaii, Dale Yasunaga makes his home in paradise, right in the heart of the Pacific. Being exposed to a wide variety of authentic and fusion cuisines from around Asia and the Pacific, Dale has grown to be quite the foodie over the years. Food is more than just sustenance. Food is a pillar of culture and a gateway to broadening your horizons to the shores of distance places. So few things can help you to experience the world beyond your immediate surroundings in the way that food does. But at the same time, food can be a powerful reminder of home and of good times past.
