General Contest Rules
Winners who do not claim their prize within 7 days of the announcement of the winner will forfeit their prize.
Menuism reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the spirit of the competition.
Winners may be asked to submit a W-9 form prior to claiming their prize per IRS rules.
