I love the onion soup with melted gruyere, the steak tartare with a little raw quail egg on top and the huge crème brulée

Certainly the best seafood of my life. Kumamoto oysters and a mimosa start off brunch very nicely indeed. Crab stuffed Idaho trout is delicious! Oysters Eduardo is so good! Everything is good. Oh yeah, the fritters are sooo good.

Notes
I'll have a pitcher of the Hacienda Margarita, rocks no salt. It's that good. I never skip the salt on my Margarita. I am dying to have brunch here.
