Brown Bag Salad

slices of char-broiled chicken breast on top of a bed of spinach, mixed with salad greens. we also add plenty of shredded cheddar, tomato, bacon bits, fresh mushrooms, scallions, black olives, cucumber, green pepper and hardboiled egg. served with a shepherd roll or garlic cheese bread.

Caesar

crisp romaine lettuce, fresh parmesan cheese, garlic, sliced mushrooms and homemade seasoned croutons all tossed in a creamy dressing. served with a shepherd roll or garlic cheese bread. anchovy fillets available.

Chefs Salad

topped with cheddar and swiss cheese, turkey, smoked ham, tomato, scallions, peppers, cucumber and hardboiled egg.

we cant make the usual triple decker with our thick bread, so we make it better! toasted french bread with lots of turkey, ham, thick sliced bacon and cheddar. made with mayo, lettuce and tomato. sure to please anyone who likes a good club sandwich.

cajun seasoned chicken sauteed with peppers, onion, jalapenos and cilantro inside a flour tortilla with tomato, green onions, spicy black beans and cheese. topped with sour cream and served with chipotle salsa.

one of our best sellers. sliced turkey, cheddar cheese and 1000 island dressing piled on a fresh bun and broiled until its hot and melted. topped with bacon slices.

one of our most popular. we steam fresh spinach and add sauteed mushrooms, crispy real bacon bits and lots of melted swiss cheese.

the fresh down-home ingredients include, mushrooms, diced ham, green onions, tomato and cheddar cheese. simple, plentiful and delicious.

Diablo

julienne spicy chicken sauteed with fresh jalapenos, cilantro, tomato, red and green bell peppers, onions and spices. made with spicy black beans, cheddar and sour cream topping. served with a side of chipotle salsa. this one is hot as the devil!

Ham & Cheese

made with three eggs, diced pit ham and cheddar cheese. this is a great one to try some of our add-ins. we recommend scallions.

we start with a little bit of cheddar then add sweetened cream cheese, peaches, strawberries and blueberries. its good! this one is not available as a skillet.
