Drawing inspiration from historic Southern dishes and always highlighting what is local and in season, Chef Collins puts a healthful, distinctive spin on classic Lowcountry dishes. This means there is less butter and cream than typically seen on Southern menus. Whole grains are incorporated to dishes and ingredients are used at the peak of flavor. Our restaurant is a reflection of our community commitment and quite honestly our personal preferences in food and music. The often changing menu is, where possible locally sourced, organic and environmentally friendly with much of it's influence from Latin and Asian cultures. Our teas, coffees, wine, juices and elixirs are produced from globally conscious farmers. The dining room was designed and built by hand from found, salvaged, reclaimed and recycled building materials. Stereo 8 features a variety of seating options including a cold bar with counter seating, a music lounge and several spaces that open to the large outdoor patio area featuring the two converted shipping containers.
