Adelino's Old World Kitchen

I went with a friend last Thursday to support the charity donations made from part of their profits. We both found our dinners delectible and plan to return with a large group of friends to share a platter soon.

I have visited this restaurant a few times since it has opened and endured the adjustments that are normal in the course of a new eatery. Bartenders are great and servers responsive. Food leaves a bit to be desired and has lost it’s first blush. Wine by the glass is undrinkable and the owner was quoted as saying “It’s only grape juice”. They pride themselves in a wine tasting – but they choose the 3 wines. Too bad if you want red and the selection is only white. If you want to buy a bottle of wine – ask to see the ones leftover from Maize.
I could put up with so so food, if I have a good glass of wine at a decent price.
I give the wait staff and bartenders 4 stars, the chef gets 2 stars and the wine selection gets 0.
