Brunch at Amanda's
We stopped in Amanda’s for brunch on our last day visiting friends and family from out of town. We spent most of our time in Manhattan, but wanted to spend our last day in New Jersey. Amanda’s restaurant is a beautiful restaurant on a lovely street in Hoboken. The restaurant seemed a bit disorganized and we could feel tension between staff and management. We were given two different menus by accident, so 3 people in my party were not able to order what was chosen. Waitress and management seemed unfriendly and irritated. Food was ok, but overall very disappointed.

Lemon Pancake with Mixed Berries
Out of all the dishes my party ordered, this was the item we all liked the most. My daughter especially enjoyed these pancakes. She said, " They tasted like lemon cake. I don’t even need syrup." She would recommend the lemon pancakes.
