Auntie Anne's Pretzels

We were at the mall and decided to get a snack. This Auntie Anne’s is located in the food court on the upper level inside the Stonebriar Centre. My bought a plain pretzel which was fresh, soft and delicious. My daughter opted for a jalapeno pretzel which was old and rock hard. So, this is a mixed review. I would go again, but rest assured I will make sure the pretzel I buy is fresh. The staff is okay.
