Beijing Restaurant in Waikiki - STAY AWAY!
Stay away! Rude. Bland. Worst experience in Waikiki I’ve ever had.
I was served a bad meal. Normally I don’t complain, but this time food and service was so bad I tried politely to explain. Manager last night was extremely rude – even hostile. He embarrassed my group in front of entire restaurant, escalating situation way out of proportion. The food was dry, tasteless, overpriced. The wait staff was indifferent, seemingly afraid of the angry manager. You have many other eating options in Waikiki.
Stay away from this one.
Dishes Tried:
Cantonese Chicken
Served unceremoniously without rice, tea, or anything else. Dry, tasteless. It could have passed for chicken jerky except there was no flavor. I never complain about food, but this was exceptionally bad. The service mad it worse.
