Simply The Best
I cannot find anything I don’t like about this place. The service, environment and the food is just fantastic! I am not just comparing this place with other restaurants in Beaver but also in Pittsburgh, which now I think twice before I heading into the city. I think I’d much rather just head down to Biba. Simply the BEST in Beaver County!

Bringing Flair to a Traditional Town
The Latin-flair cuisine is served either on small plates or large plates. The menu usually includes a chicken, pork, lamb, steak, and fish/seafood dish so there is something for everyone. It makes it fun to share family-style too.
With an always changing menu, be sure to visit often. Also be sure to bring wine as the traditional town is a dry town.
