awesome funky burrito place

A funky little joint on Capitol Hill – my favorite place for burritos/tacos. They feature an organic menu, with all the base dishes being vegetarian. You can add different meats to all the dishes. The interior is decorated with black lights and other interesting things hanging from the ceiling. A fun spot to check out.

Ok burritos, cheap beer

The atmosphere here is definitely more of a bar than a restaurant which is great if you want to get some beers. They’ve got a pretty good deal on pitchers and a decent selection on tap. The burrito was just ok, but maybe I needed more beers first…

Burrito Supreme

It was relatively big, but it didn’t really hold together too well and the ingredients weren’t too balanced throughout the burrito. One interesting part about it was the sunflower seeds – which was a definite first for me. The beef was tender but didn’t have too much taste in my opinion.

Dos XX Pitcher

$12 for 4 glasses of beer is pretty good.

I really liked my chicken burrito. I'll come...

I really liked my chicken burrito. I’ll come back to try a supreme burrito, and when I’m more hungry too, so I don’t have to take the half home with me. I wouldn’t order chili though, as Sarah ordered it and was very disappointed and said she would not come back to this place. :)

Don't worry, that's not Peyote in your Burrito!

The decor is like Mexico on LSD: overwhelming, harsh, South-of-the-border. The food is better than the typical hole-in-the-wall place, and at times surprising. They have added some extra touches to differentiate their food from the…

One of the best in Seattle

My buddy Matt and I are in search of the perfect burrito and Bimbo's is solid. If you are REALLY brave get their jalapeno loaded hot one, it will kick your ass for sure. The back of my neck sweats when I eat one. As for the service, it…

Classic seattle joint

I eat here since it was a small holebefore the dining room expansion. I like the roasted potato with chicken the most. The staff are genuinely btchy, but not rude, so I don't mind. It's a good escape from the Seattle's gagging passive …

Tips
  • Seating is scarce. Eating in? Grab a table before ordering--counter seats are too cramped for comfort.
  • If your spice tolerance is low, ask them to go light on the jalapenos; if you like the heat, try the Inferno Burrito.
  • Wash it down afterward with a drink from the Cha Cha Lounge.
