"Warm Pineapple, great tasting food and a decent selection of side meats, cheeses and salad."

"The side meats and cheeses could be a bigger selection. Add free homemade lemonade instead of water, like Chama Gaucha (however that's spelled). "

Wow, my best advice is: come HUNGRY! I think we had close to 18 different kinds of grilled meats – all sliced for you right at your table. The meats werel prepared pretty well (I only saw 1 go back to the kitchen for being undercooked) – bacon wrapped filet and sirloin seemed to be favorites at our table… though if you’re looking for any sort of variety in preparation, you won’t find it. You pretty much have to love the seared, smokey flavor of fire roasted meat… thankfully our table thorougly enjoed it. We were also pleasantly surprised at the delicisouly juicy & warm pineapple they sliced and served table side – it was a welcome change in the midst of all the meat. We were also served 2 different kinds of sauces (chimchurri & steak) to try with our selection as well as mashed potatos and fired bananas – the fried bananas were delish! If only I could make them at home. The salad bar was also a nice accompaniment to the meal – though with all of it’s variety you have to be careful not to fill up! Particulary the sushi, pasta salad, shrimp salad and the antipasta were little bursts of ‘something different’ in our heavily carniverous meal. Our waiter was attentive, though more than a little difficult to understand with his thick accent and the noisey atmosphere. This certainly isn’t the place for a quiet, intimate date… but it’s great for lively conversation and people watching. The rooms itself was large and even though it was packed, we weren’t terribly cramped. The decor was nicely understated and the dramatic windows provided an interesting view of pedestians and the hustle and bustle downtown. I’ll say it one more time – if you go, go hungry!

Eat Meat

Fabulous Brazilian buffet. Everything from top sirloin wrapped in bacon to filet mignon and an amazing salad bar for $20 (lunch only, dinner’s a different story). Chic and trendy atmosphere, pleasant service, and a great view of the salivating passersby, Brazzaz delivers. My only minor gripe with the restaurant was that for a “buffet,” they charged extra for drinks and dessert. Dessert, however, was my favorite part – I had some type of mango mousse that was light, fluffy, and easy on the stomach after a filling meal – I wouldn’t miss out!

Meat lovers paradise

AWESOME!!! Located on the north east corner of Dearborn & Grand in Downtown it is very convenient to get to. We decided to go on a saturday evening. Casual dress code. Goodbye belt hello elastic!! Reservations are recommended, but not necessary. We did not have a reservation and waited approximately 30 minutes. Which was super quick considering how busy they were. The restaurant was crowded but well layed out as to not leave one feeling cramped. The decor is elegant yet understated. Once seated we were promptly greeted by our server and went off to try the salad bad. Try it, but don’t fill up. Tried just a bite of everything and it was all delicious. Everything from mixed green salad, brazilian potato salad, shredded chicken salad, apple salad, sushi, oysters on the half shell, asparagus the size of a house, cured meats & cheeses and much much more. Each diner was given a medallion that they can flip over once they are ready to beggin the parade of meats. You can flip it back when you need a break or when your done with your meal as to not be interupted. You set the pace. We were brought cheesy bread that was slightly cruchy on the outside but still soft & warm on the inside, mashed potaoes, and fried bananas which were great alone but I could just imagine eatting them with a dish of vanilla ice cream. Once the medallions were flipped over we did not wait but a few seconds before the meats came pouring in. They cam so quickly that we had to flip the medallions back over to allow us to catch up. All the meats were cooked to perfection. Just like butter they melted in your mouth. Many different meats to choose from. And when we didnt see something we wanted to try, the staff was more than happy to serve and had our selection brought to us quickly. The selectoin included Leg of Lamb, Rack of Lamb, Fillet Mignon, beef & pork ribs, bacon wrapped fillet, bottom round, garlic steak shrimp, brazillian sausage, chicken legs, roasted pineapple (which was warm, sweet, smokey, and a nice caramelized taste, a greatly welcomed change up to the parade) and much much more. There was not a single item we tried that we did not like. We were welcome to try any and all items as many times as we wished. Once we had our fill of meats and salads a large tray of desserts were brought out. The dessert selections included Flan (which was the best I have ever had, with a slightly more caramel flavor than the usual), Carrot Cake w pecans, Tiramisu, Chocolate Lava Cake, Papaya puree blended with vanilla ice cream, Chocolate mousse and many more. This is definately a place to come hungry. We didnt eat all day in preperation. Dinner is $48.50, drinks and dessert are not included. Lunch is a great deal at only $19.99 but only available Monday-Friday. A bit pricey, but worth every penny considered it would cost about the same at any other regular steakhouse for just one of the items. It is a MUST try!!! You wont be disappointed.
