Lovely
This is another example of “fine dining” in the Charlotte Southpark section – Park Road/Fairview area. Years ago, the few restaurants in the mall were about the best you could do – now, every street weaving through the general locale where Celanese once “ruled” has hidden dining treasures waiting to be discovered. Brio is a lovely spot, the free valet parking was a plus. The interior is comfortable, charming and gives off an “upper middle class soothing vibe.” The wait staff is attentive, fast on their feet and the service not lacking at all. Very enjoyable experience, a little pricey
but the results for us well worth it.
Dishes Tried:
Brio Chopped Salad
Great salad – Greek oriented, olives/tomatoes, cukes, feta and all.
Lasagna Bolognese Al forno
Wonderful – baked, layers — cheeses/sauce filled my mouth with delightful flavor!
Crab & SHrimp Cakes
Husband said it’s OK, not quite his taste but not bad.
