Bruchi's Cheesesteaks & Subs

The owner Jeana is very rude and am surprise she still in business. We go out to eat and was using a coupon and her remarks was I am not making money when you use a coupon and we always bought pop soup plus sandwiches so we never just got water with the sandwiches. My husband stop going awhile ago but I try again they got my order wrong and when I said I thought I order the chicken her reply was NO you order steak, not I thought you order the steak, or I hear you say steak not chicken. I will not go back there and I’m letting all my family and friends know She is not friendly at all. When I call her to tell her how unhappy I was she was yelling at me on the phone

There are a few sandwiches that I used to get at this restaurant but after months and months of inconsistent food quality I have given up on this place. Sometimes the food is so undercooked I worry about food poinsoning and other times it is so dry I can barely stand to eat it. The meal is way over-priced and if there is any sort of line you can anticipate at least a 20 minute wait for a what you think should be a quick sandwich. For the price you would expect an excellent meal and this could be called mediocre at best.
