Bruster's Ice Cream

This location get “ZERO” stars. I went there after a lovely anniversary lunch at Firebirds. I had the punch cards for 2 free cones, one for me & one for my husband. First she told me i couldn’t use both so i said ok, I’ll let him get out and get his. After that, she asked if I was from the area. Ok, do I look like I can’t be from the area. I said NO and she basically told me I need to go get my free cone from whereever I got the punches. This made no sense because I get punches from Brusters everywhere (mainly Mechanicsville, but I’ve even gotten them in Williamsburg area) I asked for the corporate number and she said it was located above the menu. So while I’m keying the number in my phone she say “You can’t stand here and do that” Well thats when I let her have it and it got real ugly. I will go again just to see her face but I will place my complaint everywhere this location has info.
