Burger King

my family and I have been to this particular resturant and the service, management, crew and food is AWFUL…for 1, they NEVER have gotten our order right, the manager is sloppy and lazy and acts like she does not care or take pride in her position, 2 months ago we visited and the burgers were ice cold, like they just placed them on the bun straight from the freezer, we were dinning in or I would have drove off with cold food unknowingly, I told the manager that I would just like my money back and then she got an attitude with me.
so, to make a long story short, I havent been back there again until this morning, I go threw the drive thru to order 2 HAM EGG AND CHEESE CORSANTS for my son before school, they put me on hold AT THE DRIVE THRU for 4 minutes, ask me my order 3 times, and I just replyed “I dont want it, forget it” then again I hear a “WHATEVER” over the speaker!!
I am going to do alittle investagation on my part to see who is the supervisor/GM at this Burger King and tell them they need to FIRE every single person (espechally management) in this place, they would not give me the name when I asked…
VERY UNSATISFIED…please dont send me coupons for free food to make it better, I DONT WANT YOUR FOOD, you should just take more pride in your establishment!!
