Mistreated
I orderd 2 egg rolls, hot and sour soup, szchuan beef, pad Thai chicken, and a side of chicken fried rice. The total was 47.00$. It took over an hour and a half to arrive when I only lI’ve 3 blocks away. The food showed up warm, not hot, and the portions were so small. I called and complained to a manager who did nothing but argue with me for 20 mins on the phone. I was then told to bring the good back for a full refund. I brought the food back and the manager was handling the return until some guy came out of the back and said I wasn’t getting a refund and I had to leave. I said I wasn’t leaving till I got a refund of some kind. He called the police. They showed up, did nothing. Told me they can’t force them to refund my money. I was given 15$ in return and was told I could come back in the future for 2 free meals. So you’re telling me I can have 2 free meals at a later date, but jit’s not today? That makes no sense. What ever happened to customer service? There is none. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this restaurant. After posting my experience on Facebook, many of my friends had similar experiences, minus the polive being called. I was made out to be the bad guy and I did nothing wrong. The server and manager both used profanity towards me and it was totally uncalled for. I will be calling fox 2 news and furthering my story.
