- All the food I ordered was either cold or room temp. The meal I ordered was to be deboned by a server. Every table around mine that ordered the same dish had theirs deboned, but mine was not. After attempting to debone my fish, I finally gave up. The dish

- Take care of ALL of your customers. The money that I am spending is no different than someone else's.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. I am thrilled to find a real French restaurant here in Nashville. I am born and raised in France but have lived in Nashville for 10 years. This food is French, this chef is French and very good and the baguettes are made every day. Voilà, c’est bon, c’est très bon.

CHATEAU WEST
So far all I have seen was the excellent décor and met John at the bar and Joe the server. Hussain did an excellent job with what he had. He also owns Anatolia’s on White Bridge Road which has fed us well over the years. The Sauvignon Blanc was fresh and the in house baked bread, excellent. In France they say you will know a restaurant by its bread and soup. The chef is from Paris, Dino, the Matre d’ is from Tuscany and has been a veteran of Arthur’s since the beginning. He can speak French as well as Italian. The place if primed and ready with an excellent menu. Just back from France, my wife cannot wait to be there again. At least this will be a form of the real thing. We hated to see Riviera Provence and Sardinia’s close. Let’s not lose another.
