Lovely Experience
Having been just about “burgered out” for awhile, our Atlanta friends carried us to this nice restaurant (‘nice’ usually means take a wad of cash!). It’s in an area along with lots of restaurants (where in Atlanta isn’t !?). We were seated fairly fast with reservation, the service was excellent and the food “top notch” – noticed they have a lovely bar with the high padded comfortable stools. Overall it was an enjoyable evening – and prices no more unreasonable than some of the others (for what you get) around the area.

Seafood Mixed Grill
Our friends both had this – pile of various kinds of seafood on the plate – they couldn’t talk for “eating” and said it was great! (crabcake, shrimp, salmon and others – along with grilled potatoes and asparagus).
Prime Rib 18oz
We both had this – medium rare – it was extremely tender and delicious (we requested no excess of pepper/spices etc. just about perfect. we also had the grilled potatoes & asparagus. Excellent.

Wonderful Seafood!
My husband and I ate at Chequers Seafood Grill in Atlanta last week, the evening after he had a heart catheterization (which came out okay). We were in the mood to celebrate and he recommended Chequers (because he knows that I love seafood). We both thought the food and the ambience was perfect. We had Oyster Rockefeller, Yum. He had the Almond Encrusted Costa Rican Tilapia and I had nothing less than the Seafood Mixed Grill, all the best of what I love, We thought the sweet biscuits were fabulous but only had one each so we could enjoy the dinner. We would recommend Chequers Seafood Grill to anyone who will be in the Atlanta area for dinner. I just wished we lived closer so we could enjoy going there for dinner, not just when we have a medical procedure.
