Off the mark
My wife and I came here to grab a quick bite to eat over the weekend. This restaurant compares to a Boston Market but slightly more upscale. The menu is more interesting but in reality its not that much different.
When we went, which was during standard dinner hours they were out of Rotisserie Chicken. This is supposed to be their main item, and they don’t having it during dinner? The option to wait was given, but it was at least 15 minutes.
I got the BBQ Pulled Chicken with the spinach and mashed potatoes – the outside of the ice cream shaped scoops of each were close but the inside was warm. This made me think that I had to wait for my wife’s food which was a Turkey and Cheese Panini. That item is just a simple sandwich thrown on a grill for 2 minutes – hardly something that needs waiting for. Her food came out incorrect (clearly asked for No Mayo, but that request was ignore). The second one was correct, but took a long time to come out – this made it so that it might have been quicker to go to a true sit down restaurant.
The soda machine area was a mess – an elderly woman almost brought the coffee dispenser down on her because it was so far back. The raspberry iced tea fountain was not functioning correctly, the Coke Zero mix was off and those were the two that I tried. There were no lemons for regular Iced tea but the displays for lemons were out (pieces of lettuce).
I’d suggest just going to Boston Market and not having to deal with these problems.

BBQ Pulled Chicken
Outside of ‘scoops’ cold and really the chicken has no flavor.
