- Everything was terrible. Service & food. Sent food back. Nothing was offered for replacement or any apology . Left hungry and will not ever be back!

- Everything including a visit from Manager on duty if there was one?

My Worst Rating Ever
I gave Chilis more than a fair chance to improve or finally “get it right”. The atmosphere is noisy. Female workers are not very lady-like with their constant shouting and hooting like drunken sports fans. It’s a real chore to keep your plate from sliding off the table throughout your meal. Bumpy tile table-tops really make no sense to me??? I guess the worse is the food – or maybe it’s how I often got the wrong food that really push me over the edge to slam Chilis. I ordered cheesburgers on several occasions and they came out dressed totally different and totally different than what most people would probably want. I was given every excuse on my last visit of why Chilis cheesburgers HAD to come out dressed a certain way and how I could pick stuff off as I pleased and they would be happy to included on a seperate plate some additional burger dressings. Poor Poor Poor for an American business. One more reason I’ve just about given up on these type of slap-stick chain restaurants.
Dishes Tried:
Cheesburger Plater with Fries
Good cheesburger but came out with wrong dressings on two seperate visits. French Fries always a combination of freshly fried French fries and older well hardened French fries. Waitress brought mustard instead of Ketchup and then never returned to make correction but she did return much later to inquire about desserts.
