Cold Stone Creamery
HORRIBLE – everytime i go into this place there are atleast 2 flies flying around the place and the ice cream. Then I found a small fly in my ice cream!!! For $5 each ice cream, this place should be spotless!!! BEWARE!!!!

Horrible Customer Service
This establishment has the worst customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I was treated rudely by the entire staff. Plenty of staff were on the clock but none were interested in taking my order. After being treated this way I found several hairs in both ice creams that were ordered. When I returned to the store for a refund no one seemed to know how to accomplish the task. A bunch of high school idiots run this place and they seem to think that it is funny to play with someones food. Karma is a very real thing and it will catch up with them sooner or later.
