My family visited the Cozy for our Father’s 80th birthday dinner. We arrived around 4:30 and started through the buffet around 5pm. We decided on the Cozy because in years past the food was pretty good for a buffet. This time, we weren’t as happy as previous visits. A lot of the food was bland and obviously not home made. Most of the fried items were cold and greasy, which isn’t a good combination. The carving station had leftovers from the night before, and did not look appealing at all. The salad bar was decent, but again, nothing home made. The bread and soup bar was once again, average, nothing to write home about. We were suprised how low the quality of food had gotten since our last visit As we were finishing a line was formed, but we all noticed that the back half of the restaurant was closed. In the past, the entire restaurant would fill with people. The only thing that made a decent impression were the desserts. But even those were average. What’s more the cost was like $18.90 per person. Hard to justify that price tag with the low quality of food served.
