- This is by far one of the best Chinese takeout restaurants. I usually order the shrimp with lobster sauce. The shrimp are large and plentiful and the flavor is delicious. Also this is a lunch combo which is an excellent value!

Dragon Garden for dinner
Dragon Garden is a typical chinese restaurant offering entrees, appetizers and fried rice, etc.
They offer delivery within a limited area with a $20 minimum order.
Prices are typical for a chinese restaraunt, aroun $7 for a combo meal.
Most of the customers pickup their food or order for delivery; the dining room is spartan and generally empty.
Combo meals get you an entree, rice, and an egg roll.
The only truly unique item they serve is the Chinese donuts, which are not listed on the menu (they’ve got a sign behind the register), and they are very good.
If you live in the delivery area, they send out coupons regularly.
Most everything tastes good, but theres not a lot of reasons to pick this place over any other chinese restaurant.
Dishes Tried:
General Tso's Shrimp Combo
The shrimp are big, fried and coated in the same sauce as General Tso’s chicken.
This is the only chinese restaurant in the area that offers the shrimp as a combo and not a specialty meal (which is usually more expensive)
Comes with fried rice and egg roll; the rice has big pieces of onion and pork, which I like but others may not.
The egg rolls aren’t really unique, but they taste good.
Will order again.
Beef and vegetables combo
The beef was cut into bite sized pieces and was bout what you would expect.
My issue was the beef to vegetable ratio; there was a whole lot of green pepper chunks and onions and not a lot of beef.
Probably won’t order again.
Chinese Donuts
It’s basically a fried piece of dough with sugar, not really a surprise, but it tasted good and it’s the only really unique item they serve and it’s not real expensive.
Will order again.
