Dunkin' Donuts

I have never had such bad service any where in my life, order 2 coffees 1 decaf cream and 2 sweet and low, 1 regular same condiments, easy right. Nope she had us repeat it 3 times and then we waited 10 minutes in line 2 cars ahead of us, got up there and it was wrong. I yelled at her and she gets this other girl who had no idea, all while this guy in the back of them was yelling at me. Wow DD this is what you let them hire at your stores, I realize this is a franchise but your names out front. Go back to school and get a real education.
