Worst Kung Kao chicken and lousy management response
The WORST kung kao chicken I have ever had.
The waitress asked if we want it spicy we said yes.
The Kung Kao chicken dish we got was sweet and over 60% of the dish was peanuts.
As we tried the dish we told a waiter who asked how everything was about the problem – since the lady who took the order never re-appeared – nothing happened.
At the end when they bought the bill I said take it off the bill or bring me another dish.
A heavy set man in shorts and wearing an apron came to the table and even before I completed my complaint he said NO. No the dish is not bad and NO he wont get me another dish. He basically did not care.
The chow mein was excellent.
So if you go do not order the Kung Pao Chicken and dont expect any empathy if you have any issues.
