bad service

I went to the dirve thru. I was told they didnt have what I wanted and then the voice thing went dead for so long I thought it was broke. They finally decided they had what I wanted and I ordered. When I got home my salad dressing was wrong, my bread sticks were cold and chicken fet was just noodles and a little chicken. There was no sauce. My salad was lettuce only. I tried to do the survery and it wouldnt let me. I also signed up for emails about 6 months ago and have never gotten anything
