- It was my first time eating with fiveguys and it was delicious... the crew was very friendly one of the crewmembers took my trash for me and we talked for awhile i will definatly be back

Terrible, greasy french fries.
I’ve eaten at Five Guys all over the US and was excited when one was built near me. My family ate there today for the first time. The french fries were greasy and flacid, not crisp and delicious like I’m used to. Told the manager and he had them make us another batch. By the time he brought them we were through with our burgers and the second batch was even worse than the first. His excuse to us was, “We changed the oil in the fryer and that’s why they’re like this”. He was not very courteous and seemed not to care.
