Fogo de Chao is sweet. And by sweet, I mean...

Fogo de Chao is sweet. And by sweet, I mean really bad ass. All you can eat meat, and the buffet comes to you. Brazilian cuisine, they have 16 cuts of meat daily that they serve to you “Gaucho” style, so they have meats on a skewer and slide it right onto your plate. And no, not Golden Corral type “steak” patties, I’m talking about filet mignon, bacon wrapped filets, lamb, ribs, chickens, prime rib, house special steaks…it goes on. The keep bringing out cheese baked in rolls which are awesome. The salad bar is chock full of good stuff too. Service was wonderful. Pricey but well worth it. $25-ish for lunch and $39 and some change for dinner. But I had like 3 filet mignons, so you figure what that would have cost you elsewhere and it pans out nicely.

Wondeful Restaurant!

Amazing! Great meats, this place has an overwhelming amount of meats, but the portions are just the right size for a taste and you can get as much as you want. The salad bar is excellent and so are the mojito's! \r Price is about…

Much improved overall in the past year or so. Good salad bar, many more fresh pre-made options for grab-and-go. Grill food (e.g. hamburgers, grilled cheese, tots, etc.) are well made to order. They have a new chef and the hot food from the line is tasty
Ranch dressing at salad bar is bottled (yuck) - it's easy to make this dressing fresh, and I'd buy more salads if the Ranch were tasty. Prices overall are acceptable, but the desserts are too high, especially since most are modest portions of cakes, pies,
The staff (especially Shane and Rene) are polite, friendly, helpful, and diligent. They make dining at Happy Cooks a better experience.
