Serve what you advertise...
I didn’t know there was a Ridgewood establishment of Gen Sushi. It was okay. Quality of food was average. i wasn’t blown away by the dishes we were served but it wasn’t bad at all. I just wish that when I order a primarily shrimp dish that I get most shrimp instead of only four pieces surrounded in a sea of vegetables.
