Gino's Pizza

My wife and I called Gino’s on Sunday 03/01/2020 @ 7:05 PM. We ordered two (2 ) linguini’s and meatballs with marinara sauce . The delivery came promptly but we noticed that they did not include the meatballs. My wife called Gino’s two (2) minutes after the delivery arrived to let them know that they sent us an incomplete order. They claimed that we did not order meatballs with our order. My wife asked to speak to the owner. Instead they put on the manager who told us if we wanted meatballs we would have to pay an additional $22.00. We were charged $30.00 for what they sent. So we would be paying $52.00 for two (2) orders of Linguini and meatballs. We then requested that they send the delivery man back to pick up the food and issue us a refund. The treatment that we received was totally unacceptable and the customer service is a take it or leave it feel to it. After patronizing Gino’s for year as a walk in customer, We would never purchase anything from them again.
