HMMMM! ETHIOPIAN FOOD?

THIS WAS A FIRST FOR ALL FOUR OF US! NONE HAD TRIED ETHIOPIAN FOOD BEFORE. VERY UNUSUAL TO EAT EVERYTHING WITH YOUR HANDS. YOUR "SILVERWARE"IS CALLED INJERA BREAD. ITS A WET, 1/8IN. THICK DOUGHY, BUBBLY CONCOCTION W/ A TANG OF (BUTTERMILK?)
