Decent sandwiches, nothing fancy
Groucho’s is a local chain, and many locals rave about their sandwiches. I finally tried the one nearest my home when we needed quick sandwiches for dinner. They make sandwiches fast, and they make them well. My kids generally like to tweak their orders (for example, leaving off cheese), and they got those special needs right. They are reasonably priced, although not the cheapest around.
One of the unique features of Groucho’s is their dipping sauce. It’s tasty, although I generally prefer sandwiches that are full of flavor without needing lots of sauce to improve things. There aren’t really any other things that set them apart from other sandwich stores, though.
Dishes Tried:
Mushroom Cheese Melt
