OMG! Worst Customer Service EVER. Food served uncooked!
On Saturday, Aug 25, 2012 my girlfriend and I ate at at Hall’s Seafood Restaurant. We were looking forward to a wonderful eating experience but it turned awful. My girlfriend ordered Grouper that was topped with a shrimp and sauce. She noticed half way through that the shrimp it was topped with was nearly raw. It upset her stomach and she wanted to eat no more. I asked for the Manager and the GM and owner Hadi Navidi came out. He told us that this is the way they cook the shrimp. I told him that this was unacceptable and asked that this half eaten $17.95 entree be comp’ed and I would pay for the remaining food. He returned with an adjusted receipt of only $4.00 off. I asked that he comp the entire entree. he said he only comp’ed the portion that was eaten. This was terrible service. I told him that we would never eat there again. he said “thank God we’re not going to have your business anymore. I don’t need business from people like you” I am a successful business person. I have eaten at many fine restaurants over the years. managers and owners bend over backwards to please their customers. At this restaurant, apparently the customer is wrong? When I explained to Mr Navidi that I will be complaining publicly, he said “feel free. i will give you my card so that you can get my name right”. I am grateful for the electronic age that we live in that allows public forums like this so that we can alert each other of poor service and bad food. When food is served raw and the Owner Manager tries to defend it, I recommend steering to a safer place to eat. Terrible food preparation and Horrible Management ownership.

Not fully done. Yuck!
