A Chinese chowhound from TX tried it.
Ripoff AND Horrible Customer Service!!!
Simply put, Chow mein is universal. It’s long noodles that are deep fried and crispy. I order chow mein from this place and I get a container delivered filled with meat and veggies along with a side of those little yellow scraps most asian restaraunts use in your basic egg drop soup. They appear to be fried wonton pieces! I call to find out what the policy is when you get something that is not up to your expectations and a very RUDE delivery boy (Jared or something to that nature) who happened to be quite friendly when accepting my tip proceeds to interrupt me while I am talking, go on and on about that’s how “they” make their chow mein and you get what you order and then continues to literally FUSS at me about not understanding what the problem is. I ask to speak to someone else, which I had to do MULTIPLE times and he puts me on the phone with a young lady who is apparently the cashier. Now she understood english just fine when I ordered my food, but when I call to say something isn’t right, now she doesn’t understand me. I ask what the managers name is and when they will be available and her answer is, “yes”. WOW…REALLY?!? I wouldn’t suggest this restaraunt to my worst enemy.
