Poor service
Our most recent experience for breakfast at IHOP was very disappointing. The waitress did not deliver our meals. The person who did deliver only brought part of our order. When we later asked for the rest of our order, we found out that we had been forgotten and the food had been sitting on the counter the whole time. It was an order for pancakes and the pancakes were now cold. None of the food tasted as good as it had in our past visits. The waitress never came back to our table to see if we needed anything else.
