Wonderful !!
We have been here four times now and have had an incredibly good experience every time. We particularly enjoy the Scampi Diavola shrimp, the sauce is the most amazing Ive ever had. Our server has been the same the last two times and we really enjoyed her service, professional and not intrusive, and very helpful with selecting wines to match our foods too. Decor is old world charming, warm and relaxing, not loud and cold like alot of newer places. This is quickly moving up the list to our fav place to go.
We get a coupon online before we go and enjoy a hefty discount too….Love it!!

I WILL NEVER RETURN
I WILL NEVER RETURN. Matthew, my server was horrible. It seemed like he really didn’t enjoy his job. He rarely visited our table. Whenever we asked nicely for something, he seemed rushed and when he brought us what we asked, we said thank you and he didn’t even say “you’re welcome”. One time we asked for something and his response was “YEP”. Instead of enjoying a relaxing meal, he stressed me out instead and ruined my experience. For $30 average meal and near $4 for a soda, I expect better service. Seriously, I get better service at McDonald’s. The young “helpers” who came around to take dirty plates off the tables or give us refills were MUCH nicer and too bad they weren’t our servers. All other staff was very friendly including the hostesses, so Matthew was the exception, not the rule. To the restaurant’s credit, the food was excellent.

Won't go back....EVER!
Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and was having a GREAT dinner until the owner came and ruined it with her ATTITUDE…Not only did she not honor the coupon we brought in and after asking the waiter permission, she pointed out that I couldn’t READ either. NEVER going back and neither are the two new friends I brought with me. VERY RUDE! which is unfortunate because the food was actually very tasty.

- You have to look for the fresh dishes just coming out of the kitchen. The food that sits in the steam table for a while isn't very good.
