The rudest restaurant personnel I have ever experienced in my 54 years of life! There was hair in one of the dinners (chicken & broccoli alfredo), All of the french fries were disgusting (fried apparently in old burnt grease), the buffalo chicken sandwich was served on a burnt hoagie and tasted disgusting. When it was brought to the attention of the waitress, she of course went to the on duty manager. The only item removed from the bill was the alfredo and we were forced to pay for the other uneaten meals. We had purchased a restaurant.com gift coupon prior to going there to dine. The on duty manager told us she spoke with restaurant.com and was told too inform us that if we didn’t pay the bill as it was, we would be banned from the website of restaurant.com because she spoke with a respresentative. Then I was told by the manager that she also spoke with the owner and that we were banned from the restaurant (not that I would ever dine there again). I requested names of the owner and the representative at restaurant.com she had spoke with and she gave me 2 names. I asked for her name for a reference as to who I was dealing with and she refused to give me her name. This discussion held me and my family hostage over the dispute for almost an hour because I have never been told to pay for a meal ($7.00 sandwich to be exact) that had literally (1) bite out of the sandwich. After the manager collected my payment she had the audacity to reapproach me, as I was gathering my belongings to leave, and tell me she gave me fake names and accussed me of knowing how to get free food and I probably did this all the time. I have never been so offended and angered by the rudeness of an employee at a dining establishment. I do not know how anyone would employ someone, especially in a managerial position, to represent their business with the poor ethics and manners this manager displayed. I wish I would have read the reviews before dining at this restaurant. I will make it a habit of checking out reviews in the future. Best of luck to you if you go there to dine!
