Jack's Pancake~N~Steak House

My hubby and I wanted to go to breakfast but our regular place was closed Tuesday and when we drove by Jack’s we noticed they were busy and decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice clean interior and the friendly staff. I ordered the three cheese omelet with hash browns and a biscuit and the hubby ordered the Pancake combo with home style fried potatoes. The food was nothing short of amazing. I am picky and if I order a cheese omelet I want plenty of cheese on it. I was not disappointed! This was honestly the best omelet I have ever had; the flavor was great and tasted like it was cooked in butter! My hash browns were cooked to a crispy perfection and my biscuit was outstanding. My husband was really happy with his large pancakes (served with sugar free syrup at our request). He loved the cubed, fried home style potatoes with onion and bell pepper that were perfectly browned. He also had two great sausage patties, and two over easy eggs perfectly prepared. The restaurant was clean and the service was great. We will definitely go back.
