Best Dishes at the May Lodge-Jenny Wiley
They have many good dishes, but the best are:
1. Fried Catfish-they have the best fried catfish I have ever had. Even if you don’t care much for catfish, you will like this.
2. Hot banana pudding-They have several desserts on their buffet, but the hot banana pudding is to die for.
3. Bison—Once or twice a year, they have Buffalo night. The four entrees on the buffet are roast, chili, stew, and meatloaf, all made with bison meat. It is so good that you have to stand in line to dine. Well worth the wait. It is a little pricey, but worth it.
