My first visit here after reading it as a new up and coming restraunt in enroute magazine. Decor is kinda cool and the food presentation was great. Kobe beef was not as flavourful as I would have expected. Server suggested the flounder sashimi which was excellent. Very fresh and delicate. Mackrel sashimi was also very tasty. Not your typical Izakaya but worth the trip. Prices were reasonable.

Well, I want to rate this 3.5 star but seems like there is no half stars on “Eating”. Anyway, it’s similar food as Guu. I heard that the chef was from Guu on Garlic. The grill beef tongue was fun on the hot stone. The grilled Ika was flavorful and tender. Negitoro sushi was fresh and I like their special sauce on it. Chicken Karaage served with 3 kinds of salt was a bit disappointing. May be my expectation was too high on this dish (after reading reviews about the salt). Drinks was a bit blend. But overall experience was great.
