La Carretta for Lunch

Returned to La Carretta for lunch this week. The place looks great since the renovation. I must admit that I was a little disappointed in my steak quesadillas this trip. The beef was VERY dry. Queso was great as always and my husband enjoyed his chicken quesadillas. I think I just hit on an off day because I usually really enjoy everything. I noticed a number of new servers on the floor — wonder if they made some changes in the kitchen too?

Very dry this time. Didn’t knock my socks off.
