La Thai Cuisine

One of my favorite places to visit is New Orleans. There is so much class and history that appeals to me. New Orleans is especially famous for its food. While creole cuisine is the speciality, other venues profit from the amazing seafood available to them. This is why La Thai Cuisine happens to be, in my opinion, the best thai restaurant in the area.

No one would think about having thai food when visiting New Orleans but that’s exactly what I was craving. It made it so much better because everything i seasonal and fresh. The aromas and flavors are divine. I found this place when I was looking for a place to eat during lunch. It was an excellent choice on my part. When in New Orleans you always have to try the crawfish. This is what I did when i selected the Red Curry Crawfish. The choice was between chicken, shrimp or crawfish. Naturally I went with something I never had before. It blew my mind. The curry spices really accentuate the fresh taste of the crawfish. This is paired off with jasmine rice to give it a more aromatic flavour.

Another great lunch dish is the Crispy Oysters. They are fried to perfection. It is accompanied by crabmeat and veggies. There is a nice sweet chili soy glaze over it and served on jasmine rice. I love the heat that comes from the sauce. It connects everything together.

I will definitely be back for more at La Thai Cuisine. It’s such a classy and relaxing pace. The fresh smells will definitely make you feel comforted while the food will blow you away in both presentation and taste.
