Definitively one of the best Indian restaurant
Definitively one of the best Indian restaurant we have visited on the west coast.
With a Punjab spicy flare and many family style choices Lahori’s Dhaba is worth the visit.
It is a family run business who’s main goal is to serve you an excellent meal.
Good quality Indian/Pakistani (Punjabi) food. Everything we ordered did come out perfect.
The dreary details: It was our 2nd time here, hence the review. Pretty consistent with our first visit a month ago. Dishes were ordered at diffrent spice levels.
First came the sweet lassi (yoghurt with sugar) and my friends got the Mango Lassi. We liked both.
Our appetizer was the Chicken Roll Paratha , the excelent appetizer I ever had,
Sheek Kabab – Excellent. Will repeat it. The meat’s flavor enhanced perfectly with mild herbs & spices.
Chicken Boti Kabab – A tad dry but with the Mint Chilli sauce, it was good.
Followed by,
Chicken Karahi- Excellent. cooked with special spices we newer tryed before.
The Tarka Daal with pickle & rice was excellent ………. you must try it
Chicken Tikka Masala – Thanks to fellow yelpers, we tried it and have no regrets.
Garlic Naan (yeah… weldone with our order) – Excellent. Wouldn’t always get such soft, garlicky naans.
Finally, the Chicken Biriyani. Excellent star of the evening. I can say that “In the whole of Phx no place can offer such a chicken biryani”
