The best in NY
If you like fresh, this is right out of the ground or the water. Two sides of the menu-one for a series of tiny portions of which 4-5 to be shared are enough for two. Lovely place, great service. A surprise in every dish of pairings of ingredients. Everything melts in your mouth. I have no idea about the regular menu but I love tasting. Sit at the bar. The chef is genius from Japan. Most of the food is prepared in front of you if you sit at the bar. Great wines. A friend of mine, a Japanese business executive who met the chef when he worked for the same restaurant in Japan took me and the chef slipped us little extras all night long. It is a nice room, you can get all dressed up or wear a tee shirt and jeans. They don’t seem to mind because it is the Four Seasons Hotel’s restaurant. Very expensive.

Foie Gras burgers – phenomenal!
Crispy Langoustine – soooo yummy!!
Spaghetti – delicious!
All their dishes were good, you can’t really go wrong.
Service – good. A little pretentious but fairly attentive. Atmosphere is ok. Kind of stuffy. Sit at the bar.
