- I waited for 10 minutes for food at thru, my fish and chicken looked like it had hit the floor before my box and very greasy! Yuck

- This store and manager christopher is nothing but a disgrace. I do not want anything from this report except to let you know. I am always having problems with this ozark, mo store, number k071005. Even though my husband did NOT want to go there last night

No customer service
I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. I kept saying “hello?” And “is anyone there?” And after 30 minutes I gave up and left. I know it was open because people were walking in and out of the building with their food. It is seriously some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve spend time in third world countries. There were three cars behind me by the time I left and none of them got their food in the drive thru either.
