Another Meyer Gem

Another gem in the Danny Meyer crown, Maialino serves up Roman trattoria fare in a gorgeous dining room overlooking Gramercy Park. Charming at night, I particularly love it during the day when the large windows leave the dining room awash with natural light. The tripe is fantastic, and as you can probably figure by the name (which means little pig), anything with pork in it is fantastic as well!
