They have the Greek cheese for Saganaki
I used to love this Greek restaurant that served Saganki (flaming cheese) and wanted to try to make it at home. Melita’s has Kasseri cheese which is the cheese used most often for this mouth watering appetizer but couldn’t find it anywhere. They were so helpful. They even gave me a recipe to try which I loved. Will be going back to try other cheeses.
