We at Creative Collection Inc. have been ordering here for three years, We like the service, the food. We are treated like million dollar customers,

I have ordered here for the past 4 months and today I had the WORST experience ever! I ordered at 7:55am and the delivery guy did not arrive at my office until 8:49am. My food was cold (no biggie, I could put it in the microwave), the sausage was undercooked (Totally disgusting, especially since I’m pregnant and cannot consume undercooked food) and what really ticked me off was that the toast that was NOT included with my breakfast that I paid additional for was VERY BURNT!

I called them to complain and the lady that answered and she also delivers from time to time was extremely rude! She said “We’ll make it up to you!” But they’ve messed up previous orders before that and NEVER “made it up to me” which I told her. Then she replied “Well we can’t please everybody!” Are you kidding me? What type of customer service is that? I then asked to spek to the manager and she retorted “Ugh, he’s busy!” I quickly became frustrated and asked to just place another order and she became loud and belligerent then screamed “Well our delivery time is an hour, so what do you want me to do?” I simply just gave up and hung up the phone. It’s very upsetting to patronize a restaurant especially when they aren’t always 100% on their orders, spend your hard earned money and get treated in such a horrible manner. I will NEVER order from here again as well as some of my close co-workers.
